Flipping through the Nov/Dec 2007 issue of our national carrier’s inflight magazine Muhibah I was pleasantly surprised to find the portrait of the new CEO, Mr. Ray Sayer, which I photographed at his office featured on Pg 4 | CEO’s Notes

The most advanced aircraft and the best of service come to nothing without you our loyal customers, and we would love to hear from you. Bouquets or brickbats, please do drop me a line at ceo@rba.com.bn. Your feedback will go a long way in enabling me to fine tune our services, so that each journey on RBA will be truly a memorable one. ~ Ray Sayer

Note: I am impressed with the magazine’s accurate reproduction of the CEO’s portrait, something of a rarity having dealt with inconsistent colour issues on numerous occasions.

  1. I flew Royal Brunei return to London from Perth in February and found them to be an excellent airline.
All friendly staff, comfortable clean aircraft and easy, comfortable stop overs.
Four of us have booked to fly with them again in June. I have flown Qantas, BA, and several others already this year and enjoyed Royal Brunei the most.
