NOTE: I’m presently not accepting wedding photography work due to personal reasons and uncertainty in my travel arrangements this year. I’m delighted to recommend either one of my Brunei based associates DAVID CHEOK PHOTOGRAPHY or MASAMICHI STUDIO.
For my international readers looking for Professional Award Winning wedding photogs, I recommend these great friends of mine: LYRICAL MOMENTS, LOUIS PANG PHOTOGRAPHY and KID CHAN.

Your images were very visually compelling and interesting. It was a pleasure to view them.” ~Carissa Winland, USA

Greetings from Pakistan. Got the link to your site from dpreview to the muslim wedding page. I must say I am really impressed with the work. You have really made creative use of the extreme wide angle lens which is not easy to do. While in first look some of the images might look distorted but a second look brings out the quality of the photos screaming at you. God bless and keep shooting. I need to have a detailed look at your other photos as I learned a lot looking at them. Thanks.
Hello Sadaqat, thank you very much for your comments. Appreciation for ultrawide shots can be an acquired taste and understanding another photographer’s desire to capture events so rich in culture and tradition requires another level of appreciation where others have casually dismissed the pictures as simply too wide and too much.
Hi Jan…Good shots for the Chinese Wedding gallery…you managed to capture those memorable moments…very natural and i have to admit they are all beautiful …keep it up and yea, I’ve always been a big fan of your work :p Hope to view more pics :p :p
Hi Jan,
Thanks for posting such lovely work. I shoot the occasional wedding and am working on my wedding albums and site as we speak. Well haven’t exactly found someone to actually create a site for me, but I am looking. Here is a link to some of my own work shot in southern Hungary this past summer, in a place called Bóly, pronounced “boy”. Anyhow, hope you enjoy my work as much as I have enjoyed looking at yours.

Hello..what are the packages that you are offering for Malay weddings? e.g. prices, details, etc
The Bersanding gallery you see here is from my niece’s wedding which I photographed as a gift. I have no Malay wedding packages and do not see one appearing anytime soon although I have received countless enquiries from prospective clients. I suggest you contact David Cheok or Jason Ong for your wedding photography needs.
Hi Jan,
i’m an avid fan of your shots and would love to have you as my photographer on my wedding day. but is it true that you no longer shoots for wedding?

Hi Jo. Thanks for your comment. News of me not accepting wedding work is correct as I retink my photography strategies and reevaluate my portfolio. Last year I made a decision to pursue commercial work I think 2008 isn’t going to be much different. I’m also going to look at business opportunities abroad so not accepting wedding work is perhaps what I consider operational prudence.
