On days when I am not taking pictures for clients, I find myself in the kitchen cooking a meal for the family. Like photography and all things to be appreciated, it helps that my wonderful wife and kids enjoy them as much as I do. I hope you enjoy them too. You’re welcome to leave a comment and many thanks for stopping by. Hainanese Chicken Rice a hugely popular meal in Asia when nothing else comes to mind, you just cannot go wrong with this. We’ve attempted this on numerous occasions but just could not get the chicken meat succulent and juicy, until I came across Chubby Hubby, just one try and I got it right!
